Deposit information

All viewings are undertaken on the basis that they are at your own risk from a Health and Safety prospective.

No charge is made for registering your requirements with Brookes Bliss Limited but unfortunately we can not arrange viewings until we are in receipt of your completed form.
Registration Forms will generally be retained for a maximum of 12 weeks, unless advised to the contrary. Information thereafter will be disposed of.

This covers damages or defaults on the part of the tenant during the tenancy.
