From Hereford proceed out of the city on the A465 towards Worcester. At the bottom of Aylestone Hill proceed straight over the roundabout towards Sutton St Nicholas and Bodenham. Continue for approximately 3 miles, passing through the village of Sutton St Nicholas and after leaving the village continue for a further 1/4 of a mile and the entrance to the property will be found on the right-hand side, just before a cluster of cottages.
